Welcome Bryce!

Colin would like to introduce his cousin Bryce Warren Johns. He was born on 9-10-07 at 11:02 am. He weighs 7.5 lbs and is 20.5 in. Colin will be 5 wks tomorrow.I can't believe it has been that long already. He is starting to get on somewhat of a schedule and is sleeping for about 3-4 hrs at a time and eating like a horse. Colin is weighing in at 9lbs 13 oz and is 22 in as of 9-7-07. He is a good baby, only fussing when he is hungry or has a dirty diaper. I feel very lucky that he is so easy going so far and hope he stays that way. Congratulations Aunt Jessica and Uncle Warren!!!!

He's here!

Colin King McGoey was born on 8-7-07 at 9:35 pm weighing in at 7 lbs and 19.25 in. He is doing great, eating like a horse and growing fast. He will be 3 wks tomorrow and is already a little over 8 lbs. He still likes to sleep a lot but is having periods of being awake more. Sorry it took so long to update the blog, but this transition has been a little tough on me at times, but I we are all settling in nicely now. Here are some pics. Enjoy!!

Jessica's Shower, 37 wks. 7-28-07

Here are the most recent pictures. They are from Jessica's shower. I am 37 wks and she is 33 wks. I can't believe how big I am and how puffy I look. The doctor thinks I won't make it until the 20 which is fine by me. I am ready! Colin is estimated to be about 6 lbs 5 to 8 ozs as of Friday and looking good. We can't wait to meet him!!!

34 weeks and counting!

8 weeks to go!

I can't believe I only have 8 weeks left. I am hoping it goes relatively quickly since I am becoming more uncomfortable as the weeks go by. Colin is quite an active boy, always giving me jabs in the ribs. His room is really coming together now and his things are washed and ready for him to arrive. Here are a few pics from my shower on June 9. I was 30 weeks then. Thanks to mom, Jessica and Monique for putting together a great day for us and to all who came!

Pensacola

This was Colin's first trip to the beach even if he doesn't really know it. He finally cooperated and let Kevin feel him kicking. I spent most of the time in the pool because I just can't take the heat now. I know I have until August and the heat will only get worse. Someone is always nice enough to remind me of that at least once daily. These pictures are at 26 weeks.
