Colin's Fat Tuesday

What a beautiful day for a parade!Colin and I went down to watch Rex with Mopsy and Popsy. Kevin is unfortunately out of town for work:( We all had a good time, caught a lot of goodies and we were home by naptime!

This is especially for you, Laurie! We went to 2 parades in Thibodaux on Sunday. It was a great time,beautiful weather, not too crowded and it was a good thing we had a stroller and a wagon because we needed them to get all of our loot back to the car!

This clown costume was Kevin's that was made by his mom for Mardi Gras many years ago. Colin was too cute in it.

Colin went to his first Mardi Gras parade on Sunday night and was amazed by the lights, noises, horses, beads, well really all of it. We didn't stay for the whole thing as it was bedtime and he was fading fast, but we had a great time.

Howdy!

So, Colin has been trying on daddy's boots, starting to feed himself and being a sweetheart! Mommy has been working a lot so fewer pictures have been taken lately, plus we haven't really been doing anything great with this crazy hot/cold weather we have been having.

So since we really haven't been doing anything really exciting yet this year I'll post some pics of Colin playing in a box, "helping" me fold clothes, watching Elmo while sitting in his Elmo chair and wearing his Elmo shirt and clowning around in the kitchen with me, Bear and the camera. Hope everyone is having agood year so far. And yes, that is the Christmas tree still up as of last weekend. I kind of forgot about it since it was in the corner. It is down now, so no need to comment:)
